Text Box: Imagination Club Guidelines

Club membership is $1500 for one year with a 10% discount applied when the member pays in full in one payment ($1350).  Otherwise, the member’s credit card will be charged $375 quarterly.  

It is understood that the member will not share marketing information provided by Imagination @ Work with other orthodontists or consultants.

It is understood that the Imagination Club will ‘not’ accept new membership from orthodontists in areas that have been restricted by current members as long as the member is active and in good standing.

Membership is not automatically renewed, but a member in good standing will be offered renewal.

It is understood that the membership is for a one-year commitment.  

It is understood that the members will be supplied with a marketing portfolio four times during the year of their membership (January, April, July, October).

All marketing portfolios will contain the following:

Planning calendars for the quarter that includes reminders for each day that action is required to implement the contents of the six portfolios listed below.  These calendars keep your staff member on target!
Two 6-week patient contests ready to implement in just minutes!  You will receive pre-designed flyers to use as advertisements, pre-designed entry forms, bulletin board cut-outs, and winners forms to display your winning patient information.
A time-sensitive concept for your next quarterly referring dentist delivery theme (this allows you 2-3 months to finalize preparation).  This will include several gift options to fit your budget, costuming ideas (should you dare to have fun), pricing and order information for your gifts, a timeline checklist, ideas on how to present the gifts, any necessary gift cards pre-designed, and more.  It is as easy to prepare for your unique and customized referring office delivery as 1-2-3! 
A delivery concept for making cold calls to new dentists or non-referrals during that quarter complete with all the planning details.  These will be low-cost ideas that can also be used as an alternative to your referring dentist delivery or as a supplemental delivery to your top offices between quarterly deliveries.
Two-three ideas for incentives to give away to your patients and/or their parents.  This will include the company name & item numbers to order, special price quotes, as well as pre-designed imprints.  
You will be supplied initially with the necessary correspondence to implement a quarterly referring office staff raffle system, a highly successful marketing campaign.  Each quarter a new idea will be presented for the raffle prize.  This is a very inexpensive concept that will help you gather valuable information on your referring offices and keep your practice on their minds!  
One unique birthday idea to use for any of your referring doctors that have a birthday during that quarter.  You will also receive a pre-design card to personalize that corresponds with the gift.

Bonus:  You will be included in the “Imagination @ Work Email Club”.  With this, you will receive an orthodontic marketing and management tip the first of every month via email.  Frequently these include pre-designed management forms!
